This condo sits facing the golf course fairway. With large sliding glass doors, it appears as if you are on the fairway. This condo home is tiled throughout and fully equipped for the short-term guest. The living room ceiling is Vaulted with 3 skylights and decorative ceiling fan. A modern light wooden entertainment unit has been built into the living room wall which is home to a 30in+ Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. The Living room furniture could be considered traditional Beach with a lounge, sleeper sofa and chair that match. In the Dining Room there is room for 4 with its country style table and chairs. The Master bedroom is furnished with a dark mahogany king size bed. Sleep comfortable with a variable speed ceiling fan. There is a Bath vanity and a separate vanity area for the additional guests. You may say there is no porch or balcony in this condo. However, the living area has been extended to include the balcony. This unit has WIFI.
