Living room has a flat screen TV, with a pullout sofa sleeper allowing you to sleep 4 in this unit. A very nice patio with additional patio set outside for your enjoyment. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen tv with a walk-in shower and an extra vanity. WiFi, basic cable, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from; nine-hole executive golf course, four swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, Tiki Bar, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard. *Processing Fees on Cancellations are Non-Refundable

40%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
