This 2-bedroom two bath 5th floor split plan condo is located in the Seascape I cluster. This unit is located on the 5th floor with an ocean view. All Seascape guests have access to the Seascape I pool, hot tub, and grill area located behind Seascape 4100 building. Close to the beach access and Cayman pool also. There is tile throughout main living areas and kitchen. Two patios off the kitchen and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tub/shower. There is a second space to this unit, that features twin sized bed, one offers a trundle. However that room is opened without a door. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests as well. Included with this rental is a washer/dryer, cable/internet. The community features four heated pools, spa, tennis, bocce, Pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, a 9-hole executive golf course and a private beach! Dine onsite, grab a burger or cold drink at the Tiki Bar located at the main pool. With manned 24 hr. gate house.

61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*Processing Fees on Cancellations are Non-Refundable

40%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
50%: 60 Days prior to Check-In Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and Refundable Security Deposit
